Design and drive security architecture for applications, services, and infrastructure. Partner with engineering and DevOps on secure backend design, cloud and container security, CI/CD hardening, and access controls. Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews; integrate security tooling; enforce secure coding practices; mentor engineers; and stay current on fintech and blockchain threats and compliance standards.

Lead month-end close, prepare and analyze consolidated monthly and quarterly financial statements, manage GL reconciliations, support consolidation of foreign subsidiaries and intercompany eliminations, coordinate PCAOB audits including Bitcoin custody controls, support SOX compliance and new GAAP implementations, and assist with tax, statutory filings, and financial reporting for public-market readiness.

Lead global legal, compliance, and regulatory functions, advise executive leadership, manage commercial agreements, oversee compliance programs, and build legal infrastructure.
