Lead Blockaid’s product marketing function and team of Product Marketing Managers. Conduct customer, market, and competitive research; shape product roadmaps; define messaging and positioning; create demand-generation and sales-enablement materials; optimize pricing with Product and Sales; and partner with Solutions Engineering on product demonstrations.

Conduct outbound prospecting across the Web3 and cybersecurity sectors through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, book meetings for Account Executives, execute targeted campaigns with Marketing and Sales, maintain accurate CRM records, and represent Blockaid professionally. The role requires cold-calling, tailored messaging, strong communication, and familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.

Design, build, and scale backend systems powering a blockchain security platform. Lead features through the full software development lifecycle, develop scalable data pipelines and real-time processing systems, build customer-facing APIs, and maintain highly reliable, secure, and performant infrastructure. Collaborate in an agile environment, drive technical innovation, and take ownership of the product and technology stack.

Lead and scale a globally distributed BDR team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Own outbound strategy, pipeline targets, forecasting, coaching, hiring, onboarding, performance development, and alignment with account executives. Refine messaging, sequencing, target-account strategy, technology stack, and data hygiene while developing BDRs for advancement into AE and other roles. The role requires crypto or Web3 fluency, experience selling B2B SaaS to technical buyers, and NYC-area hybrid availability.

Own customer relationships across APAC, lead onboarding and integrations, provide blockchain-focused training and guidance, troubleshoot integration issues, monitor customer health, drive product adoption, and develop long-term account strategies. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams while translating technical customer needs into value-driven solutions.

Lead a team of product marketing managers to develop messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement for Blockaid's web3 and cybersecurity SaaS platform. Drive market and competitive research, influence product roadmap, collaborate with product, sales, and solutions engineering, and create demand through campaigns and collateral.

Lead day-to-day bookkeeping through trial balance across US and Singapore entities. Manage AP/AR, invoices, payments, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, VAT/sales tax filings, payroll coordination, audit support, and NetSuite integrations and automations.
