Greet and assist guests, sell tickets using the box-office POS, handle cash and card transactions, provide event and seating information, manage will-call/guest lists, resolve customer issues, maintain tidy workstations, and escalate concerns to supervisors as needed.

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of guest corridors, linen closets, and assigned public areas. Perform cleaning tasks using proper chemicals and equipment, handle trash and lost-and-found, report damages, assist guests, and follow departmental standards and safety procedures.
