Greet and assist guests, sell tickets using the box-office POS, handle cash and card transactions, provide event and seating information, manage will-call/guest lists, resolve customer issues, maintain tidy workstations, and escalate concerns to supervisors as needed.

Oversee evening front desk, bistro, and lobby operations to ensure excellent guest service and operational efficiency. Supervise and train staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, complete nightly reports and checklists, support bistro service, maintain inventory and brand standards, cover Manager on Duty shifts, and participate in projects and committees.
