Part-time Video Coordinator supporting professional hockey coaching staff through live game coding, opponent scouting, player development clips, practice video organization, special teams analysis, and video library management. The role requires hockey knowledge, video analysis software experience, strong technology and organizational skills, discretion, and availability for games, practices, evenings, and weekends.

Manages accounts receivable across multiple hospitality, entertainment, parking, and property entities. Responsibilities include invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliation, aging reports, collections follow-up, credit card and bank reconciliation, customer account maintenance, monthly billing, financial reporting, and month-end support. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and property leadership while resolving billing questions and discrepancies.

Leads arena event conversions, coordinating temporary labor crews to transform the facility between hockey games, concerts, sporting events, and other programs. Operates forklifts, vehicles, ice resurfacing equipment, and small tools; performs facility, equipment, and ice maintenance; supports event setup and cleanup; oversees safety inspections, inventory, reports, training, and conversion costs. Requires overnight, weekend, outdoor, overtime, and unscheduled shift availability, along with physical ability to handle heavy equipment and supplies.
