Provide L2 support for an AI software platform: deploy/install into customer environments, triage and resolve issues across Kubernetes, cloud providers, networking, storage, and services; build runbooks, dashboards, and alerts; reproduce issues safely; write evidence-backed escalations and post-incident notes; participate in rotating on-call coverage aligned to US time zones.

Lead frontend architecture and implementation for an AI-driven platform: build performant, responsive React/TypeScript applications, manage complex state and real-time updates, establish component libraries, testing, CI/CD, mentor junior engineers, and drive frontend best practices and scalability.

Develop product messaging and create content (white papers, blogs, customer stories, webinars) to drive demand and support launches. Lead and build a proactive, audit-ready GRC program owning Vanta (or equivalent), run SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 cycles, manage auditors and vendors, reduce engineering compliance burden, create policies and evidence processes, and support FedRAMP readiness.

Manage high-intent inbound leads and targeted outbound campaigns, qualify technical prospects, run value-based discovery with engineers and execs, build enterprise pipeline with AEs, and hit activity and pipeline metrics to source revenue.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements with enterprise engineering leaders: run demos and proofs-of-concept, advise on architecture, CI/CD, cloud, APIs and developer workflows, close complex deals, drive post-sale adoption and product feedback, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to expand usage across accounts.

Manage 5–15 enterprise accounts to drive adoption and expansion of Blitzy's autonomous software development platform. Serve as trusted advisor to engineering executives, lead complex sales cycles, partner on technical validation, develop ROI narratives, and consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets.

Own and ship backend services in production, make long-term architecture decisions, use generative AI daily to improve development, collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams, and maintain operational reliability for enterprise-scale systems.

Operate and showcase the Blitzy autonomous software development platform by building public projects, refactoring open-source repos, fixing CVEs, creating technical content, engaging developer communities, and driving enterprise demand by identifying technical champions and partnering with sales to move pipeline forward.

Lead hands-on ownership of mission-critical production systems across frontend, backend, infra, and LLM tooling. Ship high-impact features, ensure scalability, reliability, and operational excellence, design and operate LLM validation loops, and raise engineering quality through durable technical decisions without people management responsibilities.

Drive net-new enterprise revenue by owning full sales cycles from discovery to close. Prospect outbound and qualify inbound demand, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals with CIO/CTO-level buyers, partner with solution consultants for technical validation, and consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets using formal qualification frameworks and ROI-driven narratives.

Build and maintain scalable Kubernetes clusters, automate infrastructure with Terraform and Python, implement CI/CD and Helm deployments, own observability and AI agent orchestration, and improve developer experience and cloud reliability for enterprise-scale AI workloads.

Embed with enterprise engineering teams to deliver production-quality integrations of an AI software platform. Build custom integrations, debug complex environments, develop reusable patterns, run POCs, and translate executive goals into technical roadmaps. Act as a trusted technical advisor, influence product roadmap with field insights, and contribute code and documentation back to the core platform.

Embed with customer engineering teams to architect and deliver production-quality integrations, write code, debug complex issues, create demos, develop reusable patterns, influence product direction, and drive enterprise adoption of Blitzy's AI software development platform.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise deals for an AI software development platform. Own full sales cycle, prospect outbound and manage inbound, engage CIO/CTO-level buyers, run MEDDICC/BANT-led qualification, partner with AI Solutions Consultants for technical validation, build ROI narratives, and exceed revenue targets.

Serve as the technical lead in pre-sales and post-sales for enterprise customers: run technical demos and PoCs, advise on architecture, CI/CD, cloud, APIs and integrations, partner with Sales/Product/Engineering, drive adoption and expansion, and translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Provide technical frontline support for Enterprise and Pro users: investigate and reproduce issues, analyze logs/traces, debug code (Python/TypeScript), submit engineering tickets or ship fixes, own escalations, produce documentation and knowledge base, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve reliability and agent behavior.

Lead and scale engineering teams responsible for backend platform, infrastructure, and AI product systems. Own execution, roadmap planning, incident response, hiring, and cross-functional communication while remaining hands-on with code and technical design to improve reliability and delivery velocity.
