Provide L2 support for an AI software platform: deploy/install into customer environments, triage and resolve issues across Kubernetes, cloud providers, networking, storage, and services; build runbooks, dashboards, and alerts; reproduce issues safely; write evidence-backed escalations and post-incident notes; participate in rotating on-call coverage aligned to US time zones.

Lead and scale a team of AI Solutions Consultants to drive enterprise customer acquisition, pilot-to-production conversions, and revenue growth. Act as executive technical advisor across complex sales cycles, lead technical architecture and integration discussions (CI/CD, cloud, APIs), develop operational frameworks, mentor team members, run workshops and proofs-of-concept, and translate customer feedback into product roadmap insights.
