Lead and scale Blitzy’s 20-person BDR organization, owning hiring, outbound pipeline strategy, coaching, performance management, pipeline coverage, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps. Refine prospecting playbooks, qualification standards, onboarding, and operating cadence while improving pipeline generation, conversion, ramp time, productivity, and quota attainment.

Create high-impact sales decks, pitch templates, case studies, marketing and growth assets, infographics, reports, and reusable brand templates. Partner with GTM to support enterprise deals, ensure on-brand visuals, build design systems, and provide cross-functional design support while maintaining high craft and fast turnarounds.

Hunt and close net-new Public Sector enterprise deals, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, navigate government procurement (RFPs, contract vehicles, compliance), partner with solutions consultants for technical validation, build executive relationships, and consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
