Build and ship computer-vision models end-to-end: dataset curation, training, deployment, and monitoring across cloud and roadside edge hardware. Optimize for high-volume inference, accuracy, efficiency, and real-world robustness while collaborating cross-functionally and iterating rapidly.

Build and maintain the full-stack platform connecting Blissway hardware to drivers, partners, and agencies. Own public user surfaces, partner integrations (DMVs, mailhouses, fleet vendors, ACH), platform/deployment tooling, service infrastructure, and internal access management. Ensure secure, robust, production-ready systems and tooling that support a fast-moving, small engineering team.

The Electrical Engineer will design and own PCB projects, collaborating with software and manufacturing teams, ensuring quality and reliability in hardware development.

Design and harden roadside embedded hardware and firmware for highly reliable, weatherproof IoT devices: PCB/schematic development, CAD for manufacturability, edge software for sensors and connectivity, and iterative manufacturing improvements to ensure 99.9% uptime.
