Lead complex technical programs from planning through launch and operational handoff. Responsibilities include managing schedules, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, software releases, acceptance, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, governance, and project closeout. The engagement is a 3–4 month onsite assignment in Charlotte supporting a financial client.

Lead the strategy, development, and scaling of AI-powered products, workflows, automation tools, and decision-support systems. Own roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, define requirements and success metrics, build prototypes, evaluate AI technologies, and guide solutions through deployment and adoption. Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, stakeholders, and vendors while establishing responsible AI governance, managing risks, and measuring business impact.

Designs enterprise product experiences for marketplace, agent, workspace, use-case management, and operational workflows. Leads end-to-end UX from discovery through delivery; conducts research and usability testing; creates wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts; applies design systems and accessibility standards; facilitates workshops; collaborates with product and engineering teams; aligns stakeholders; and improves experiences using analytics and customer feedback.

Design end-to-end conversational experiences for chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI systems. Translate business and user needs into dialogue models, craft brand-aligned conversational content, build wireflows and prototypes, collaborate with product, engineering, and research, run usability testing and analytics-driven iteration, and ensure accessibility and inclusivity in conversational interfaces.

The role involves conducting UX research to inform design processes for various clients, providing insights and strategies based on user needs.
