Design and develop SCORM-compliant eLearning and microlearning content. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to maintain tone and style, apply instructional design methodologies (SAM/ADDIE), use authoring and screen-capture tools, manage project lifecycle, translate technical designs into learner-friendly materials, and participate in Agile meetings while reporting progress to product owners.
