Design and develop SCORM-compliant eLearning and microlearning content. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to maintain tone and style, apply instructional design methodologies (SAM/ADDIE), use authoring and screen-capture tools, manage project lifecycle, translate technical designs into learner-friendly materials, and participate in Agile meetings while reporting progress to product owners.

Serve as trusted advisor to enterprise clients and Mphasis partners to prospect, qualify, and close new business. Build targeted outreach and strategic sales plans, own full sales cycle, collaborate with UX/design teams to craft tailored solutions, manage pipeline, and communicate Blink's value to drive revenue at scale.

Manage design operations and enhance collaboration across teams, overseeing program health, facilitating process improvements, and developing communication plans while influencing stakeholders.
