Gather and document business and functional requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, translate needs into technical specifications and user stories, and support delivery with developers, QA, and project managers. Design, deploy, and maintain server, storage, network, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure. Monitor performance, implement upgrades, patching, backups, DR, and automation (IaC). Ensure security compliance, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with teams and vendors on infrastructure projects.

Manage, maintain, secure, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server environments. Perform installs, tuning, backups, recovery planning, high-availability configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborate with developers for query and schema optimization.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments. Automate infrastructure with IaC and configuration management, set up monitoring/logging, enforce security best practices, collaborate with dev and ops teams, and maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and IaC for high-availability, secure, and cost-optimized environments; integrate cloud services with applications; manage container platforms; provide technical guidance and documentation; define cloud best practices and security controls.

Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and internet systems. Configure and support Cisco, FortiGate, UniFi, and ISE devices. Monitor performance, resolve network/security incidents, and document network architecture, policies, and procedures. Collaborate cross-functionally and recommend improvements.
