Gather and document business and functional requirements, analyze stakeholder needs, translate them into technical specifications and user stories, and collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers. Support testing, UAT, implementation, process mapping, and stakeholder reporting throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

The role requires experience managing ICT, cloud, telecommunications, or cybersecurity projects, familiarity with project management tools, and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and internet systems. Configure and support Cisco, FortiGate, UniFi, and ISE devices. Monitor performance, resolve network/security incidents, and document network architecture, policies, and procedures. Collaborate cross-functionally and recommend improvements.
