Lead end-to-end IT projects across cloud, networks, DevOps and cybersecurity. Create plans, delegate, manage schedules/budgets, maintain quality, communicate with stakeholders, and adapt to changing priorities.

Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and internet systems. Configure and support Cisco, FortiGate, UniFi, and ISE devices. Monitor performance, resolve network/security incidents, and document network architecture, policies, and procedures. Collaborate cross-functionally and recommend improvements.

The IT Business Analyst will gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and support the delivery of technology solutions.
