Provide administrative and sales support to Mortgage Loan Officers: assign and track applications, manage pre-approval and pending pipelines, scan/upload documents to Encompass, handle mail/faxes/emails, assign referrals, assist with purchase agreement review, maintain regulatory compliance, and communicate bilingually (Hmong or Karen) with members.

Provide production support, maintenance, and project implementation for the credit union's core banking and related systems. Troubleshoot applications and infrastructure, deploy releases and hardware upgrades, manage job automation and integrations, develop functional specifications, participate in design/testing, and mentor IT staff.

Lead and manage the Business Deposits team to deliver treasury and deposit products, drive product adoption and revenue, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee onboarding and vendor relationships, resolve escalated member issues, and continuously improve operations and member experience.

Process first and second mortgage applications from submission through closing, ensure compliance with underwriting and secondary market guidelines, collect documentation, order appraisals/title/work, verify insurance and employment, prepare loan files for underwriting and closing, and promote related products to members.

The Sr Accountant will perform complex accounting tasks, ensure accurate financial reporting, support audits, and lead process improvements for the organization.

The Fraud Analyst processes card dispute and fraud claims, investigates fraud cases, reviews transactions, and provides member support while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Provide administrative support for commercial lending: book and fund loans, review and prepare loan documentation, service loan payments and adjustments, maintain portfolio records and reports, track insurance/UCC/HMDA/covenants, coordinate with loan officers and vendors, process paid files, and ensure regulatory compliance and core system testing support.

Lead and manage a team of mortgage underwriters to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant loan decisions. Maintain and update underwriting policies, monitor pipeline and quality metrics, resolve escalated files, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with origination, processing, closing, and compliance teams to improve underwriting processes.
