Supports Mortgage Loan Officers by assigning applications and referrals, monitoring pre-approval pipelines, organizing prospect and pending loan files, reviewing purchase agreements, managing communications and mail, and scanning member documents into Encompass. Ensures compliance with banking regulations and provides responsive support to members and employees. The role requires on-site work, multitasking, strong communication, computer proficiency, and a Mortgage Loan Originator qualifier.

Administers, implements, optimizes, and supports financial business applications, especially Fiserv DNA. Analyzes requirements, configures solutions, manages access, monitors performance, troubleshoots issues, executes testing, maintains documentation, trains users, and provides tier 2/3 support. The role also leads application projects, coordinates with vendors and IT staff, and ensures regulatory compliance within a credit union environment.

Supports the Information Security Director and GRC team with vendor risk management, policy governance, audit and examination support, risk registers, control testing, business continuity, regulatory research, remediation tracking, and security awareness metrics. The intern organizes documentation and evidence, maintains compliance records, follows up with risk owners, and develops foundational information security and compliance skills while working part time on-site.

Design, implement, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN and datacenter network infrastructure. Administer switches, routers, firewalls, storage, and backups; provide 3rd-level support and troubleshooting; participate in network projects, architecture, vendor engagement, and on-call rotation to ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

Collect delinquent loans and accounts for the credit union by contacting members, obtaining payment agreements, handling bankruptcies, arranging repossessions or legal action, preparing delinquency reports, resolving credit reporting disputes, and ensuring compliance with collection laws and policies.
