Provides HR guidance and coaching to managers and employees, oversees performance management, handles employee relations investigations and disciplinary actions, supports benefits and new-hire orientation, leads talent acquisition, interprets HR policies and employment laws, maintains HR reporting, and promotes compliance and positive workplace practices.

Design, implement, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN and datacenter network infrastructure. Administer switches, routers, firewalls, storage, and backups; provide 3rd-level support and troubleshooting; participate in network projects, architecture, vendor engagement, and on-call rotation to ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

Design, implement, and maintain security infrastructure (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, endpoint protection); lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing; develop security policies, incident response, IAM and data security practices; monitor and respond to security incidents, maintain compliance (NIST/ISO/CIS), manage certificates/PKI, and advise IT and business teams on risk mitigation and secure system design.

Collect delinquent loans and accounts for the credit union by contacting members, obtaining payment agreements, handling bankruptcies, arranging repossessions or legal action, preparing delinquency reports, resolving credit reporting disputes, and ensuring compliance with collection laws and policies.

Lead and execute Blaze branded collateral across print and digital channels. Manage brand standards, coordinate vendors, oversee pre-press and production, create campaign art, maintain DAM, and guide junior designers while tracking project status from concept to completion.
