Process first and second mortgage applications from submission through closing, ensure compliance with underwriting and secondary market guidelines, collect documentation, order appraisals/title/work, verify insurance and employment, prepare loan files for underwriting and closing, and promote related products to members.

Provide administrative support for commercial lending: book and fund loans, review and prepare loan documentation, service loan payments and adjustments, maintain portfolio records and reports, track insurance/UCC/HMDA/covenants, coordinate with loan officers and vendors, process paid files, and ensure regulatory compliance and core system testing support.

Lead and manage a team of mortgage underwriters to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant loan decisions. Maintain and update underwriting policies, monitor pipeline and quality metrics, resolve escalated files, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with origination, processing, closing, and compliance teams to improve underwriting processes.
