The role partners with Finance and operating departments to maintain accurate records, explain results, and strengthen controls.

Lead BCT’s marketing strategy, brand growth, demand generation, communications, digital marketing, events, trade shows, and market development. Manage and develop the marketing team, oversee agencies and vendors, align initiatives with sales and executive objectives, and monitor campaign performance, lead conversion, and ROI. The role also manages content, public relations, website strategy, SEO, advertising, CRM-driven marketing, product launches, and brand quality in a B2B manufacturing environment.

Leads manufacturing engineering initiatives across fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly. Develops processes, standards, fixtures, tooling, and equipment solutions; troubleshoots production and quality issues; conducts root-cause investigations; evaluates manufacturability; analyzes operational data; and drives continuous improvement, capacity planning, and cost reduction. Independently manages cross-functional projects from concept through implementation while providing technical guidance and mentoring.

Supports manufacturing engineering across fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly operations. Responsibilities include creating routings and work instructions, reviewing drawings and CAD models, troubleshooting production issues, designing basic fixtures, maintaining ERP manufacturing data, analyzing production data, and supporting continuous improvement, safety, quality, productivity, and cost initiatives.

Designs and details automated blast-cleaning equipment from concept through customer startup. Responsibilities include creating drawings, maintaining BOMs and ERP data, programming PLCs and HMIs, supporting digital twins and virtual commissioning, conducting shop testing, and providing lifecycle support through upgrades, diagnostics, software revisions, and troubleshooting. The role works cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, applications, and field service and requires approximately 20% travel to customer jobsites.

Leads the design and delivery of custom engineered-to-order industrial machinery from concept through installation. Responsibilities include mechanical calculations, 3D CAD modeling, machine layouts, drawings, BOMs, design reviews, manufacturing support, cross-functional coordination, mentoring engineers, customer interaction, field troubleshooting, and occasional installation or commissioning travel.
