The Automation Engineering Manager leads automation design and engineering activities, including PLC and HMI programming, robotics and vision-system integration, electrical schematics, panel layouts, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. The role manages engineering schedules and teams, maintains BOMs in Epicor ERP, supports manufacturing and product development, and provides design-for-manufacturability and automation expertise. Approximately 20% travel is required for jobsite installations and support.

Supports the Controller with general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, fixed assets, audits, tax schedules, budgeting, and process improvements. The role partners with Finance and operating departments to maintain accurate records, explain results, and strengthen controls.

Lead BCT’s marketing strategy, brand growth, demand generation, communications, digital marketing, events, trade shows, and market development. Manage and develop the marketing team, oversee agencies and vendors, align initiatives with sales and executive objectives, and monitor campaign performance, lead conversion, and ROI. The role also manages content, public relations, website strategy, SEO, advertising, CRM-driven marketing, product launches, and brand quality in a B2B manufacturing environment.
