Leads BLAST’s global financial control function, overseeing technical accounting, group consolidation, IFRS readiness, tax governance, statutory reporting, audits, internal controls, AP, AR, and financial systems improvements. The role manages international, multi-entity accounting operations, supports transactions and expansion, and leads the Financial Control team while ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, process efficiency, and strong balance sheet governance.

Lead the technical planning, system design, configuration, testing, and live operation of esports broadcast productions. Manage broadcast switchers, vMix, OBS, routing, signal flow, replay, intercom, networking, monitoring, and redundancy across studios, online tournaments, LAN events, and large-scale productions. Troubleshoot live technical issues, coordinate vendors and venues, develop technical documentation, lead technical teams, and train production staff while improving broadcast workflows and standards.

Executive Producer leading the creative vision, development, budgeting, production, and delivery of esports content and live events. Acts as the primary publisher contact, facilitates ideation, manages cross-functional teams, oversees event decisions and quality control, and develops long-term ecosystem strategy. The role requires strong production leadership, project management, budget oversight, stakeholder communication, esports knowledge, and international travel.

Own financial planning and performance management for assigned esports ecosystems and events. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, event reconciliation, procurement controls, purchase order and invoice oversight, and financial close. Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders, identify risks and efficiencies, and improve finance systems, reporting, data quality, and scalable processes. A professional accounting qualification or active study toward CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent is required.

The Technical Director will manage broadcast programming, set up broadcast equipment, implement automation technologies, and train staff on infrastructure for esports shows.
