Executive Producer leading the creative vision, development, budgeting, production, and delivery of esports content and live events. Acts as the primary publisher contact, facilitates ideation, manages cross-functional teams, oversees event decisions and quality control, and develops long-term ecosystem strategy. The role requires strong production leadership, project management, budget oversight, stakeholder communication, esports knowledge, and international travel.

Own financial planning and performance management for assigned esports ecosystems and events. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, event reconciliation, procurement controls, purchase order and invoice oversight, and financial close. Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders, identify risks and efficiencies, and improve finance systems, reporting, data quality, and scalable processes. A professional accounting qualification or active study toward CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent is required.
