Greet guests, verify tickets, sell tickets and animal feed, supervise safe guest-animal and play-area interactions, maintain cleanliness and safety, support seasonal events, and follow safety and farm policies.

Greet and assist guests at the Funland area, manage ticket and feed sales, supervise safe guest-animal interactions and play areas, maintain cleanliness and safety, support event setup/breakdown, and follow all farm safety and guest service protocols.

Provide welcoming, safe, and engaging experiences in the outdoor Funland area: verify tickets, process sales, supervise animal interactions and play areas, maintain cleanliness and safety, assist with events, and follow farm policies.

Lead on-site haunted attraction operations during shifts: coordinate cast and crew, run pre-shift checks and safety walkthroughs, monitor guest flow and show quality, handle incidents and staffing gaps, support training, complete reports, and communicate issues to management. Requires weekend evening availability throughout September and October plus preseason setup and training.

Lead creative vision, season planning, budgeting, vendor management, staffing, and nightly operations for four haunted attractions. Build schedules, SOPs, safety procedures, inventory, and coordinate marketing/ticketing while ensuring guest experience and KPIs are met.
