Operate and program CNC and manual grinding machines to sharpen, modify, and recondition cutting tools. Set up equipment, select/mount grinding wheels, inspect tools with precision measuring devices, perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Compile, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; maintain Excel models; prepare variance analyses versus budget/prior year; support forecasts, budgets, and ad-hoc financial requests to inform management decisions.

Operate, set up, and program CNC and grinding machines to sharpen, modify, and recondition cutting tools. Inspect tools with precision measuring equipment, perform maintenance and troubleshooting, dress grinding wheels, and maintain safety and an organized workspace.
