Operate and program CNC and manual grinding machines to sharpen, modify, and recondition cutting tools. Set up equipment, select/mount grinding wheels, inspect tools with precision measuring devices, perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Manage and grow customer relationships within a territory to meet sales and profit targets. Present products, provide technical support, identify prospects, relay market feedback, attend sales and technical meetings, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow ISO processes.
