Install, maintain, and repair VMI vending machines; troubleshoot hardware and software; manage inventory replenishment and consignment; work with customers and branches to design vending solutions and improve inventory turns. Perform travel, recordkeeping, and ISO-compliant work.

Manage and grow new and existing industrial customer relationships to meet sales and profit goals. Maintain product knowledge, present products, provide technical support, ensure customer satisfaction, collect market feedback, support onsite sales, follow ISO procedures, and promote safety and company culture.

Lead onsite support team at a customer location to execute contractual program deliverables: manage inventory, ERP order management, KPIs, staffing, scheduling, customer liaison, safety, and continuous improvement projects.
