Install and maintain industrial VMI vending machines, perform mechanical repairs, troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues, and support customer vending solutions. Manage inventory replenishment, consignment, stock transfers, and inventory turns while maintaining accurate records and following ISO procedures. Provide customer, branch, and sales support. The role requires regular travel, physical equipment handling, safety compliance, and basic computer, networking, and mechanical skills.

Manages existing and prospective industrial customers to achieve sales and profit objectives. Responsibilities include presenting products, maintaining product knowledge, coordinating technical support, solving customer problems, expanding onsite sales and service, monitoring market trends, and sustaining customer relationships. The role also supports safety, ISO processes, customer satisfaction, and communication of market intelligence to management.
