Manage manufacturing operations including quality, facilities, contracts, customer service, and purchasing. Promote safety and company policies, oversee customer/vendor relations, act as TQM management representative, lead department meetings, and supervise staff decisions (promotions, transfers, pay, discipline).

Create and manage daily and weekly production schedules, prioritize work orders and expedites, coordinate with customer service, purchasing, shipping and shop floor, monitor production paperwork and scrap rates, enter job time into ERP, follow ISO processes, and communicate with customers and other sites to ensure on-time delivery.

Install, maintain, and repair VMI vending machines; troubleshoot hardware and software; manage inventory replenishment and consignment; work with customers and branches to design vending solutions and improve inventory turns. Perform travel, recordkeeping, and ISO-compliant work.
