Own the hands-on management, optimization, and growth of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Manage budgets, audiences, bidding, testing roadmaps, prospecting, retargeting, and customer acquisition. Analyze CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, and other ecommerce metrics using platform data and GA4. Partner with creative, brand, ecommerce, and analytics teams; develop performance creative briefs; manage creator and UGC programs; and identify scalable growth opportunities.

Leads The Black Tux’s end-to-end supply chain and production operations, including supplier sourcing, vendor management, apparel manufacturing, logistics, inventory planning, procurement, and compliance. Oversees international suppliers, freight, customs, inventory performance, cost modeling, and supply-demand alignment. Partners with Merchandising on product development, establishes operational systems and KPIs, and manages supply chain performance across retail, wholesale, rental, and direct-to-consumer channels.
