Lead day-to-day HR operations for a coastal resort, managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, health & safety, staff accommodation, seasonal/foreign worker coordination, and engagement initiatives while supporting managers and contributing to workforce planning.

Prepare and plate dishes to established standards, support kitchen operations, assist with prep and inventory, run a service station when ready, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Open-call hiring for a variety of hospitality roles at a west-coast resort. Candidates with backgrounds in food & beverage, spa & wellness, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk/administration, or other hospitality fields — including those new to the industry — are invited to apply. Provide polished food and beverage service at weddings, corporate events, and celebrations.
