Lead day-to-day HR operations for a coastal resort, managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, health & safety, staff accommodation, seasonal/foreign worker coordination, and engagement initiatives while supporting managers and contributing to workforce planning.

Maintains resort common areas, supports room attendants with linens and supplies, assists Guest Services with deliveries and errands, reports maintenance issues, manages lost and found, and follows hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards. The role requires physical activity, lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, flexible weekend and holiday availability, clear English communication, dependability, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.

Open-call hiring for a variety of hospitality roles at a west-coast resort. Candidates with backgrounds in food & beverage, spa & wellness, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk/administration, or other hospitality fields — including those new to the industry — are invited to apply.
