Welcomes and assists credit union members and guests, directs inquiries, schedules appointments, promotes digital services, and provides information about products and locations. Maintains lobby areas, supplies, marketing materials, deliveries, equipment, and shared spaces. Performs opening and closing procedures, supports member transactions and safe deposit access, coordinates with departments, and completes assigned projects while maintaining confidentiality and excellent service.

Designs, develops, and delivers learning programs for credit union employees through in-person, virtual, self-paced, and e-learning formats. Creates training materials, supports career development and advancement programs, coordinates recorded training sessions, and maintains training-related records and resources. The role requires strong communication, adult education knowledge, technology proficiency, regulatory awareness, and the ability to train employees on financial products, systems, compliance, sales, and member service.

Provides technical support for corporate and branch users, administers servers and Active Directory, maintains PCs, peripherals, networks, and virtualized environments, and troubleshoots computer issues. Develops automation scripts, performs maintenance and software updates, supports staff training, documents problems, and serves as the primary maintainer for a major credit union system. Leads implementation of three IT projects and provides occasional branch support.

Manages relationships with automotive dealership partners for an indirect lending network. Responsibilities include dealer recruitment, onboarding, training, business development, loan production growth, performance monitoring, issue resolution, compliance support, portfolio analysis, and collaboration with lending and operations teams. The role requires regular travel throughout a multi-state dealer network, including occasional overnight stays.

Leads strategy, administration, and operations for consumer, business, mortgage, indirect lending, underwriting, and collections. Oversees regulatory compliance, budgets, internal controls, personnel management, performance development, lending products, delivery systems, and process improvement. Advises the President and CEO, reports to the Board and committees, manages departmental resources, and ensures lending operations support the credit union’s strategic plan and member service objectives.
