Own the full sales cycle for SMB, startup, AI-native, and enterprise customers, from qualification through close, renewal, and expansion. Manage 30–50+ accounts, qualify inbound leads, conduct outbound prospecting, execute sales campaigns, and sell API access and model-weight licensing. Translate customer needs into growth opportunities while collaborating with solutions engineering and product. The role requires closing experience with technical products and comfort engaging technical buyers in a high-growth environment.

Build and own frontend-leaning full-stack experiences for generative image and video models, including playgrounds, dashboards, launch demos, and reference applications. Ship polished web products rapidly, translate research capabilities into production, define frontend architecture, solve complex media and inference interactions, optimize performance, and collaborate with research, infrastructure, growth, and design. Use coding agents effectively while critically reviewing generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.

Own the full sales cycle for technically complex B2B deals involving APIs, on-premises deployments, and custom licensing. Manage multi-stakeholder negotiations, build strategic customer relationships, drive retention and expansion, and develop sales processes in an early-stage environment. Collaborate with engineering, research, product, solutions engineering, and legal teams while translating customer needs into product feedback.

Drive strategic partnerships and complex commercial deals for generative AI technologies. Develop pricing, licensing, and distribution models; collaborate with research, engineering, finance, and legal; translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities; and build long-term relationships with API users and enterprise customers.

Build and deploy robotics and physical-AI integrations using BFL models. Partner directly with customers to prototype use cases, fine-tune models, optimize latency and quality across hosted and edge environments, and ship production systems. Collaborate with research teams on novel techniques, support enterprise deployments, and identify opportunities to expand the technology into new domains.

Manage full-cycle accounting, billing, collections, payables, treasury, payroll entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions for the German entity. Maintain books under German GAAP across DATEV and Rillet, coordinate VAT and tax compliance, support US GAAP consolidation, and improve accounting processes and controls. The role requires close collaboration with finance, payroll providers, German accountants, and the US entity.

Own Black Forest Labs’ end-to-end developer experience across APIs, SDKs, dashboards, MCP servers, documentation surfaces, and onboarding. Partner with platform, product engineering, research, DevRel, and growth teams to reduce developer and agent friction. Design API contracts, error formats, asynchronous workflows, SDK primitives, and machine-readable interfaces while shipping full-stack product features for external developers and agentic applications.
