Generate and qualify outbound leads via calls, email, and online research. Engage prospects, qualify fit, record opportunities, and hand off qualified leads to closers while meeting outreach targets and improving processes.

Administer and improve Google Workspace environments across multiple client tenants: perform migrations, manage users/licenses/groups, secure email and endpoints, integrate identity providers, automate tasks with scripts, support Chrome/endpoint management, monitor platform health, and produce documentation and runbooks while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Design, deploy, secure, and maintain AWS infrastructure across multiple client environments. Manage core AWS services, networking, IAM, monitoring, automation (Terraform/CloudFormation), migrations, backups, and integrations. Troubleshoot production issues, support onboarding and architecture reviews, produce documentation, and improve cloud operations and security posture.

Own and operate the Torq hyperautomation platform to design, build, test, and maintain automated security workflows and integrations (EDR, SIEM, email security, ITSM). Partner with SOC analysts and responders to convert manual tasks into reliable automations, ensure platform health, document runbooks, and measure automation impact.
