Develop scalable backend features for BlaBlaCar’s train distribution platform across Europe. Responsibilities include designing solutions, developing and testing Java services, deploying and monitoring releases, maintaining microservices, supporting production systems, and leading complex cross-team projects. The role involves collaboration with engineering, data, QA, product, business, and external partners, while improving engineering standards and applying AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

The FP&A Analyst supports forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, monthly reporting, cost control, contract review, and personnel cost monitoring for Engineering, Product, Growth, and commercial departments. The role partners with business leaders, prepares management presentations and ad hoc analyses, maintains commercial reports, and coordinates reporting activities with FP&A and Accounting teams.

Own the Discover product scope and passenger upper-funnel journey, shaping strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and execution. Drive SEO and AI-search acquisition, improve landing-page conversion through A/B testing, and align Engineering, Marketing, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders. Co-lead a squad of six front-end engineers and serve as the product lead for the Busfor platform.
