Lead design, sustainment, and improvement of electrical control systems and PCBAs for spa, pool, and bath products. Develop schematics, select components, oversee PCB buildouts, and define verification/validation. Collaborate across software, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and sourcing teams; troubleshoot products, support certification, and drive cost-reduction and manufacturability improvements.

Responsible for optimizing assembly manufacturing processes (manual and automated), managing medium-to-large machine projects, designing efficient shop layouts, estimating production staffing/costs, developing tooling with Autodesk, leading PFMEA and root-cause problem solving (Six Sigma/8D/Kaizen), and ensuring equipment capability and quality.

Manage product and technical engagement for assigned OEM accounts and market segments, supporting new product introductions. Translate customer needs into product requirements, assist feasibility, system integration, and proof-of-concept work. Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Operations for production transfers, ramp activities, issue tracking, and documentation. Capture customer feedback and identify incremental improvements while enabling cross-functional alignment and knowledge sharing.

Develop, optimize, and validate multi-axis CNC programs (lathe, Swiss, mill-turn, milling) using CAM tools. Troubleshoot machines and controls, integrate bar feeders, select tooling/materials, run quality assurance with precision measurement, mentor junior staff, and perform routine machine maintenance to maximize efficiency and yield.

Create and edit technical documentation (user manuals, how-to and integration guides, product specifications), wiring schematics, diagrams, and internal process documents. Collaborate with engineers, programmers, product management, sales, and designers; gather feedback and produce clear, concise documentation and visual aids for electronic controls and UI products.

Lead product and technical engagement for OEM accounts, drive new product introductions from concept to mass production, translate customer needs into scalable manufacturable solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain), support production ramp and post-launch refinement, and act as trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.

Manage distributor accounts within an assigned territory, drive new account acquisition and sales growth, support inside sales on projects, use CRM/BI to analyze sales and forecasts, maintain customer relationships, coordinate sales efforts, and follow company policies. Frequent travel and physical lifting required.

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable across multiple entities and ERPs, lead and develop the AR team, oversee billing, cash application, collections, reconciliations, credit onboarding, forecasting, audit support, month-end close, and process improvements to ensure timely cash flow and accurate financial reporting.

Provide legal advice across corporate, commercial, compliance, IP, employment, and M&A matters. Draft and negotiate contracts, support due diligence and integrations, manage disputes, and partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
