Lead strategy, development, and lifecycle management for connected wellness product lines. Responsibilities include maintaining product roadmaps, defining requirements and positioning, conducting competitive and customer research, coordinating cross-functional teams through launch and end-of-life, creating sales enablement materials, and tracking product performance, pricing, costs, and rationalization.

Creates and edits technical documentation for electronic controls and user interfaces, including manuals, guides, specifications, schematics, and diagrams. Collaborates with engineers, developers, product managers, sales, and designers to ensure accuracy and clarity. Develops scalable documentation workflows using reusable templates, modular content, version control, translation processes, and AI tools while validating technical accuracy and terminology.

Supports product planning, roadmaps, requirements, customer research, lifecycle management, product launches, pricing, documentation, and adoption initiatives. Collaborates with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to track development activities, prepare sales and training materials, monitor product performance, and identify improvement opportunities. Requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
