Manage and optimize Maquiladora/IMMEX operations, ensure customs and trade compliance (NAFTA/USMCA), oversee C-TPAT certification, coordinate cross-border supply chain and vendors, prepare customs documentation, identify cost-saving opportunities, mitigate trade risks, and report results to senior management.

Manage distributor accounts within an assigned territory, drive new account acquisition and sales growth, support inside sales on projects, use CRM/BI to analyze sales and forecasts, maintain customer relationships, coordinate sales efforts, and follow company policies. Frequent travel and physical lifting required.

Create and edit technical documentation (user manuals, how-to and integration guides, product specifications), wiring schematics, diagrams, and internal process documents. Collaborate with engineers, programmers, product management, sales, and designers; gather feedback and produce clear, concise documentation and visual aids for electronic controls and UI products.
