Lead design, sustainment, and improvement of electrical control systems and PCBAs for spa, pool, and bath products. Develop schematics, select components, oversee PCB buildouts, and define verification/validation. Collaborate across software, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and sourcing teams; troubleshoot products, support certification, and drive cost-reduction and manufacturability improvements.

Responsible for optimizing assembly manufacturing processes (manual and automated), managing medium-to-large machine projects, designing efficient shop layouts, estimating production staffing/costs, developing tooling with Autodesk, leading PFMEA and root-cause problem solving (Six Sigma/8D/Kaizen), and ensuring equipment capability and quality.

Manage product and technical engagement for assigned OEM accounts and market segments, supporting new product introductions. Translate customer needs into product requirements, assist feasibility, system integration, and proof-of-concept work. Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Operations for production transfers, ramp activities, issue tracking, and documentation. Capture customer feedback and identify incremental improvements while enabling cross-functional alignment and knowledge sharing.
