Provide customer-focused technical support, troubleshoot mission-critical applications, manage accounts and permissions, monitor performance, automate workflows using low-code/no-code tools, resolve support tickets, and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams while improving system reliability, security, and user experience.

Provides enterprise software support across the full ticket lifecycle, troubleshooting applications, servers, integrations, APIs, databases, and mixed environments.
