Develop REST and SOAP services, data mappings, transformations, validations, SQL queries, and stored procedures. Lead testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and production support across application and infrastructure layers. Mentor developers, conduct code and design reviews, establish technical standards, and provide workstream direction. Collaborate with front-end developers, analysts, project leaders, and customer stakeholders on technical designs, dependencies, and issue resolution.

Develop and support full-stack software systems across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. Provide customer-facing technical support, troubleshoot and optimize mission-critical applications, configure and maintain software, manage access permissions, automate workflows with low-code/no-code tools, monitor performance, resolve support tickets, and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while communicating technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.

Provides technical customer support for on-premise enterprise applications, managing tickets from intake through resolution. Troubleshoots servers, applications, integrations, APIs, SQL, logs, and system configurations across Windows and Linux environments. Collaborates with product and services teams on defects, deployments, and customer configurations. Creates incident communications, runbooks, and knowledge articles while using BizFlow M to automate support workflows and monitoring system health.

Own software implementation requirements from business goals through UAT and go-live. Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops, document user stories, use cases, process flows, specifications, and acceptance criteria, and maintain backlog traceability. Partner with engineering and QA to clarify requirements, triage defects, and support testing. Guide customer decisions, manage competing priorities, lead acceptance testing and retesting, and drive formal sign-off while surfacing risks, dependencies, and impacts.

Manage customer license and maintenance renewals, invoicing, collections follow-up, contract records, weekly reporting, and professional services administration. Coordinate with customers and sales teams on renewals and new sales activities, while supporting timesheets, charge codes, expense reports, financial updates, and general administrative tasks. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite with partial telework flexibility.

Manage customer license and maintenance renewals, prepare invoices, follow up on collections, and maintain customer and contract records. Support sales activities, project services, timesheets, charge codes, expense reports, monthly financial reporting, weekly executive reporting, and administrative tasks. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, customer service, and Microsoft Excel skills. Korean-English bilingual ability and prior sales administration, renewal, or invoicing experience are preferred but not required.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams on specifications, designs, testing, and releases. Support customer decision-making, stakeholder consensus, and business-growth opportunities through effective communication and solution consulting.

Serve as a customer-focused trusted advisor by gathering and modeling business requirements, developing proof-of-concepts and functional specifications, presenting solutions to stakeholders, delivering platform training, supporting testing and releases, translating technical concepts, and identifying business growth opportunities. Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to design BizFlow M low-code/no-code applications and workflow solutions that address customer needs.

Serve as a trusted advisor by gathering and modeling business requirements, translating them into proof-of-concepts, user stories, and functional specifications using BizFlow M. Present demonstrations and documentation to customers and executives, develop platform training, support testing, and collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams. Communicate technical decisions, build stakeholder consensus, identify business opportunities, and help deliver workflow and application solutions.

Leads an enterprise modernization program from planning through go-live, owning the integrated plan, governance, budget, scope, risks, dependencies, and executive communications. Manages a project manager and coordinates business analysts, engineering, QA, vendors, and customer teams. Drives requirements, Agile delivery, change control, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes while maintaining schedule and delivery quality.
