Presents demos and training to customers and executives, collaborates with product and engineering teams, supports testing and delivery, translates technical concepts for stakeholders, and identifies business growth opportunities.

Serve as a customer-focused technical advisor for BizFlow M, translating business requirements into workflows, proof-of-concepts, user stories, and functional specifications. Deliver software demonstrations, presentations, and training to customers and executives; collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams; support testing and solution validation; communicate recommendations; and identify new business opportunities. The role requires web technology knowledge, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities.

Serve as a customer-facing trusted advisor, translating business and user requirements into process models, proof-of-concepts, user stories, functional specifications, training materials, and platform solutions. Present demos to stakeholders and executives, collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams, support testing and releases, communicate technical decisions, and identify business-growth opportunities using the BizFlow M low-code platform.
