As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own complex technical initiatives, drive architectural decisions, collaborate with teams, and ensure system reliability and maintainability in a production environment.

As a Software Engineer at Bitstack, you will build scalable products, work in a cloud-native environment, and collaborate with teams to push the product forward while ensuring compliance and security.

Work directly with the CEO on cross-functional initiatives including investor and board reporting, investor CRM management, OKR and performance tracking, budgeting, project management, and growth/product support. Provide data-driven insights, coordinate meetings and offsites, and build internal systems to improve operational visibility during a 6-month internship based in Paris.

The Financial Controller will manage French statutory accounting, oversee tax compliance, design accounting policies, prepare for audits, and lead external accounting relationships as Bitstack expands its product offerings.

Run and own the 2nd-line internal control program for AML/CFT: design and test permanent controls, oversee LoD1 execution, maintain risk mapping, prepare regulatory inputs for AMF/ACPR/TRACFIN, report KPIs/KRIs, drive remediations, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver AML/CFT training.

Build and maintain a secure, well-tested multi-platform mobile app (Flutter), collaborate with engineering and product teams, drive initiatives, ship reliable products, write unit and integration tests, and contribute to the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Lead a cross-functional product squad to scope, build, launch, and iterate products. Own business case, metrics, positioning, QA/compliance, and post-launch measurement. Use research and data to drive decisions and partner with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

The Head of Risk & Compliance will lead Bitstack's compliance strategy across regulations, oversee audit processes, enhance compliance operations, and build the risk and compliance organization as the company expands across Europe.
