Run and own the 2nd-line internal control program for AML/CFT: design and test permanent controls, oversee LoD1 execution, maintain risk mapping, prepare regulatory inputs for AMF/ACPR/TRACFIN, report KPIs/KRIs, drive remediations, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver AML/CFT training.

Lead and build Bitstack's end-to-end growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, referrals, monetization and international expansion. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing to embed product-led growth, scale paid channels across Europe, develop market launch playbooks, establish experimentation, and recruit a high-performing Growth organization.
