The Head of Risk & Compliance will lead Bitstack's compliance strategy across regulations, oversee audit processes, enhance compliance operations, and build the risk and compliance organization as the company expands across Europe.

As Growth Product Manager, you'll drive user engagement and revenue by analyzing user behavior, running experiments, and defining success metrics.

Run and own the 2nd-line internal control program for AML/CFT: design and test permanent controls, oversee LoD1 execution, maintain risk mapping, prepare regulatory inputs for AMF/ACPR/TRACFIN, report KPIs/KRIs, drive remediations, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver AML/CFT training.
