Partner with Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing to embed product-led growth, scale paid channels across Europe, develop market launch playbooks, establish experimentation, and recruit a high-performing Growth organization.

Own and scale Bitstack in Spain: develop go-to-market strategy, build scalable acquisition with Growth, form partnerships, influence product with local insights, coordinate launches and represent the brand to media and partners to make Spain a core market.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own complex technical initiatives, drive architectural decisions, collaborate with teams, and ensure system reliability and maintainability in a production environment.
