Drive institutional revenue growth by acquiring major clients across BitGo’s custody, wallet, prime, trading, staking, lending, and financing solutions. Manage the full sales lifecycle, from presentations and proposals through onboarding, while developing executive relationships across financial institutions, corporate treasuries, pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices. Represent BitGo at client meetings and industry events, conduct product demonstrations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and build expertise in digital assets and market structure.

Design and evolve core double-entry ledger systems supporting balances, trading positions, financial reporting, reconciliation, and proof-of-reserve mechanisms. Own full sales lifecycle for fintech and payments institutional clients: prospecting, closing, onboarding, and expansion. Prototype with AI tools, wire demos, and move fast in a small, decision-driven team.
