Institutional Sales Director responsible for acquiring large institutional clients and increasing revenue across BitGo’s digital asset custody, wallet, prime, trading, staking, and lending solutions. The role manages the full sales lifecycle, conducts product demonstrations, develops proposals, coordinates client onboarding, represents BitGo at industry events, and collaborates with trading, lending, operations, compliance, and support teams. Candidates need 10+ years of institutional or enterprise sales experience, a strong financial services network, financial and technical fluency, and Salesforce experience.

Drive institutional revenue growth by acquiring major clients across BitGo’s custody, wallet, prime, trading, staking, lending, and financing solutions. Manage the full sales lifecycle, from presentations and proposals through onboarding, while developing executive relationships across financial institutions, corporate treasuries, pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices. Represent BitGo at client meetings and industry events, conduct product demonstrations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and build expertise in digital assets and market structure.
