Mentor junior product managers and help establish product practices.

Translate accounting, audit, regulatory, and control requirements into scalable product features. Establish cross-product data standards, coordinate finance, engineering, compliance, and audit stakeholders, and deliver capabilities that reduce manual work and control risk across digital asset products and entities.
