Manage New York office administration, facilities, vendors, contractors, building-management relationships, access control, workplace safety, events, perks, and visitor experience. Partner with HR, Legal, Executive Assistants, and leadership to support employee engagement, emergency response, office moves, and a positive workplace culture. The role requires autonomous decision-making, people leadership, project management, hospitality skills, and on-call availability.

Lead and scale BitGo's internal audit function, design and execute a risk-based audit program, drive SOX/ICFR compliance, manage SOC/CCSS audits and co-sourced audit providers, report findings to the Board and Audit Committees, and partner with cross-functional teams to remediate control gaps.
