Owns BIS Safety Software’s end-to-end video production, including planning, shooting, editing, podcast production, tutorials, product videos, campaign content, webinars, and client-site footage. The role determines video priorities, manages shoots and freelancers, uses AI tools to increase output, maintains production quality and cadence, and organizes project files. This is an in-person position in Sherwood Park, Alberta, with occasional travel for client and event shoots.

Design intuitive web and mobile software experiences from research and problem definition through prototyping, iteration, and developer handoff. Responsibilities include user research, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, production-ready designs, stakeholder presentations, and design-system development. The designer will collaborate with product, development, and QA teams, improve complex workflows, manage design work independently, and explore AI tools to enhance research and design processes.

Reviews and tests online courses before launch, manages course setup and catalogue accuracy, oversees partner course submissions, troubleshoots course issues, maintains documentation, and communicates with internal teams and external partners. The role also improves quality-control workflows, supports AI-assisted course development, identifies automation opportunities, and maintains policies and procedures for course operations.
