Birmingham Parking Authority
The Birmingham Parking Authority (BPA) is a separate entity of the City of Birmingham, established in 1972 to develop and manage off-street parking facilities. Its mission is to be a positive partner in Birmingham's economic development by providing a high-quality parking experience that improves access for residents, commuters, and visitors, currently managing over 8,000 spaces across seven parking decks and three parking lots downtown.
