Lead medium- to large-scale residential improvement projects in Loudoun County from kickoff to completion: serve as homeowner primary contact, coordinate vendors/subcontractors/permits/inspections, manage schedules and budgets, ensure quality and documentation, proactively communicate, and resolve issues while partnering with the Director of Projects.

Lead and scale Birdwatch's residential Projects Division across the DMV: build and coach project teams, create scalable systems and vendor partnerships, own project financials and forecasting, standardize estimating and conversion, monitor portfolio health, ensure quality and excellent homeowner experience, and drive continuous operational improvements as the company expands.
