The Senior Strategy Associate will lead strategic projects, perform complex analyses, build financial models, and present recommendations to senior leaders while collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead CPFR processes with key retail partners to align sell-out demand with supply planning. Monitor instock, inventory, and fill rates; analyze retailer data; support promotional planning; and coordinate Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to minimize stockouts, overstocks, and margin risk.

Create and manage multimedia social content, collect and analyze user-generated content to identify trends and sentiment, integrate UGC into campaigns, build dashboards and reports, optimize content for SEO/SEM, and engage communities to boost brand trust and engagement.

Lead the in-house content engine to convert marketing strategy into culturally relevant audiovisual campaigns. Manage creative, production, and community teams, optimize resources, protect brand identity, and build a Content Center of Excellence to execute cross-channel content.

Own brand P&L and develop short-, mid-, and long-term brand strategy. Lead portfolio architecture, innovation pipeline, communication/creative direction, and demand generation. Use consumer insights and analytics to drive decisions, collaborate across Commercial functions, and coach a Jr. Brand Manager.
