Create and manage multimedia social content, collect and analyze user-generated content to identify trends and sentiment, integrate UGC into campaigns, build dashboards and reports, optimize content for SEO/SEM, and engage communities to boost brand trust and engagement.

Manage and review import/export documentation, ensure customs compliance, coordinate with brokers and forwarders, track shipments, monitor timelines, analyze import/export costs, support HS/HTS classification, maintain trade records, generate reports and KPIs, identify risks and propose process improvements to optimize international freight and landed costs.
