Owns post-production for Birdman Studio, transforming raw audiovisual footage into polished, publication-ready content. Responsibilities include video editing, storytelling, motion graphics, animation, color grading, sound design, VFX finishing, campaign cutdowns, platform-specific adaptations, paid media versions, brand consistency, asset archiving, and AI-assisted workflow improvement. The role is autonomous, hands-on, and responsible for maintaining the studio’s post-production quality standard.

Leads Birdman’s in-house audiovisual and motion content production across brands. Responsibilities include translating briefs into production plans, directing video and photo work, managing editing and post-production, leading a two-person team, selecting and overseeing vendors, owning budgets, improving workflows, localizing content, using AI-assisted tools, and connecting production decisions to engagement and conversion outcomes.

Leads influencer marketing and PR initiatives for the US market by identifying creators, negotiating contracts, developing campaign briefs, coordinating launches and events, overseeing content delivery, and optimizing compensation structures. Tracks campaign performance using EMV, reach, ROAS, CPA, engagement rate, and attributed sales. Maintains influencer relationships and databases while collaborating cross-functionally to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
