Lead BirdLife's global Business and Nature work, shaping strategy, building high-impact business partnerships, influencing senior stakeholders, managing a global portfolio, budget and team, and driving nature-positive corporate practice and governance.

Support review of partner financial reports for accuracy and donor compliance, conduct budget-to-actual analysis, follow up on queries, assist audits, deliver financial training and capacity building to partners, and provide general finance and administrative support including monitoring compliance and maintaining records.

Lead and manage the Guinean Forests Integrated Program, coordinating partners and country projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, M&E, reporting, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. Provide technical leadership, capacity building, and policy support to scale conservation, restoration, and sustainable financing across West Africa, ensuring compliance with GEF and donor requirements.

Manage BirdLife's tabular biodiversity datasets (IBAs/KBAs) in the WDKBA, ensure data integrity and schema updates, run ETL pipelines to IBAT and the BirdLife DataZone, update the KBA website, develop dashboards and reports, and maintain system documentation, change logs and data dictionaries.

Conduct desktop biodiversity net impact assessments for a global extractive-site portfolio, review and report on the current methodology, propose ground-truthing and feedback workflows, and advise on integrating results into the company's database and impact monitoring. Deliver written report(s), assessment datasets, and workflow documentation within a four-month contract.

Consultant will support coordination of BirdLife's Nature and Climate Task Force across Europe and Central Asia, organise and follow up meetings (remote and in-person/hybrid), help develop and advocate BirdLife policy positions at EU and international levels, and produce related briefings and informational materials. Requires policy advocacy experience and familiarity with EU institutions and environmental agreements.
