The role requires cultivating high-value individual donors, driving new business, reporting pipeline health, and collaborating across an international nonprofit environment.

Manage and grow a portfolio of £10,000–£50,000 donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Conduct prospect research, develop donor proposals and reports, coordinate with internal teams, support fundraising events, and maintain donor records and compliance activities. The role requires strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and major gifts fundraising knowledge.
