Coordinate end-to-end recruitment using TeamTailor, organise interviews, lead interviews for junior/mid roles, maintain recruitment data and training materials, support onboarding, transfers and HR projects, and advise on recruitment best practice and Employer of Record queries.

Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy and annual plans for the Pic de Fon project; produce media and outreach materials, manage media engagement, event communications, multimedia assets, and a central repository; build capacity of Guinee Ecologie communications staff; monitor and report communications progress and provide additional communications support as requested.

Lead editorial production of BirdLife magazine and related web and internal communications. Commission, write, edit and produce print and digital content, manage freelancers and suppliers, uphold brand voice, plan issues and internal comms, and ensure delivery on schedule and within budget while building cross-team relationships and supporting organisation-wide communications.
