Supports BirdLife International’s Africa Marine Programme through fisheries stakeholder engagement, bycatch and marine biodiversity monitoring, data collection and analysis, observer programme coordination, fieldwork, training, workshops, partner coordination, financial analysis, reporting, and project record management. The role focuses on seabird conservation and fisheries governance across West Africa, with 4–6 weeks of regional travel annually.

Lead BirdLife's Pacific Partnership from Fiji, providing strategic leadership, organisational management, fundraising, and conservation programme delivery. Strengthen partner capacity and governance, represent BirdLife regionally, develop strategic partnerships and Asia-Pacific funding, oversee team performance, budgets, compliance and HR, and travel regularly across the Pacific to support programmes and stakeholders.

Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy and annual plans for the Pic de Fon project; produce media and outreach materials, manage media engagement, event communications, multimedia assets, and a central repository; build capacity of Guinee Ecologie communications staff; monitor and report communications progress and provide additional communications support as requested.
