Provides daily administrative support to school site leadership and staff, including scheduling, bookkeeping, payroll, attendance, recordkeeping, reporting, benefits administration, family communication, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness. Maintains reporting systems and confidential student and staff records, coordinates with internal departments, and supports medication administration requirements. Requires strong communication, organization, interpersonal, analytical, and multitasking skills.

Conducts full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, offers, and onboarding. Partners with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, recruit healthcare and social-services professionals, manage internal transfers, maintain ATS records, ensure employment-law compliance, develop academic and professional partnerships, support training, and present hiring statistics. The role requires up to 50% travel throughout the Tri-State area.

The Operations Coordinator manages community residences, ensures consumer safety, oversees program services, and collaborates with staff to enhance quality of life for residents.
