Entry-level Client Success Analyst supporting fund operations and investor relations. Responsibilities include capital call tracking, subscription document review, reconciliations, account maintenance, Level 1 investor inquiries, entity creation support, custodian onboarding, and process improvement initiatives. Work closely with senior team members and learn fund platforms and workflows to progressively own investor transactions and routine inquiries.

Support product development across internal CRM and fund/investor/advisor platforms. Maintain and prioritize backlog, write user stories and release notes, triage Jira Service Desk, perform QA, participate in sprints, manage multi-system requirements, gather stakeholder feedback, and support documentation and small-to-medium feature delivery.

Own AI feature delivery across multiple internal platforms: write detailed AI-native user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog, lead grooming and sprint planning, perform acceptance testing/QA, triage AI service-desk requests within SLA, liaise with engineering and senior stakeholders, and produce documentation and process flows to support deployment and adoption.

Ownership of end-to-end full-stack feature delivery: design, build, and deploy React frontends and Node/Express TypeScript services on AWS. Architect simple, scalable AWS-native systems (ECS Fargate, Lambda, RDS), model MySQL schemas, lead code review and testing practices, mentor engineers, and integrate AI-assisted development tools into the workflow while partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into production solutions.
