Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce website and marketplace accounts across Shopify, Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada. Develop marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and sales; monitor KPIs and consumer trends; create persuasive product listings; collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams; and track competitors and industry developments. The role also requires team leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies and campaigns for pet products or device accessories. Lead cross-functional social media, e-commerce, advertising, influencer/KOL, and creative teams; create campaign briefs and calendars; oversee execution and quality control; monitor KPIs; optimize campaign performance; and resolve operational challenges affecting promotions and content delivery.

Manage and optimize online stores across marketplaces and websites, including product listings, pricing, inventory, promotional campaigns, and marketplace advertising. Drive sales growth, improve store performance and customer experience, analyze marketplace data, and coordinate multiple campaigns. The role requires strong knowledge of Shopee and TikTok Shop, sales funnels, spreadsheets, and marketplace reporting, with 100% office-based work.
