Pick up and deliver medical specimens, records, supplies, and mail along assigned routes. Couriers drive safely in varied conditions, use handheld scanners to track items, follow schedules and procedures, interact professionally with clients, inspect and maintain vehicles, and handle packages weighing at least 55 pounds.

Prepares and processes laboratory specimens, maintains supplies and reagents, manages worksheets and pending reports, retrieves and disposes of specimens, and supports laboratory equipment and safety procedures. Ensures accurate patient identification, follows physician requisitions, complies with OSHA, HIPAA, and laboratory quality requirements, reports incidents and equipment malfunctions, and participates in training and process improvement.

Plan and coordinate laboratory quality systems, conduct audits and inspections, manage QC and proficiency programs, investigate nonconformances and CAPAs, support method validations, ensure regulatory/CLIA compliance, and perform on-site visits to remote labs.

Drive a non-commercial vehicle to pick up and deliver medical specimens, records, and supplies along a route. Maintain safe, courteous driving, operate a handheld scanner, perform vehicle inspections, follow procedures and schedules, present a professional image, and lift up to 55 lbs.
