Drive assigned routes to pick up and deliver medical specimens, records, supplies, mail, and related materials. Couriers track items with handheld scanning devices, follow safety and service procedures, conduct vehicle inspections, and maintain professional client interactions. The role requires extended driving, frequent walking and standing, maneuvering through varied environments, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Plan and coordinate laboratory quality systems, conduct audits and inspections, manage QC and proficiency programs, investigate nonconformances and CAPAs, support method validations, ensure regulatory/CLIA compliance, and perform on-site visits to remote labs.

Couriers transport medical specimens and materials, ensure safe driving, follow policies, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service.
