Performs routine and STAT laboratory testing accurately and promptly. Responsibilities include preparing reagents and supplies, maintaining and calibrating equipment, performing quality control, reviewing and releasing results, following repeat protocols, documenting work, monitoring pending tests, and maintaining a safe laboratory environment. The role requires independent work, compliance with laboratory policies, inventory awareness, and the ability to interpret testing curves and Levy-Jennings charts.
