Lead laboratory operations and research for a sample-to-answer multi-omics platform, designing and validating molecular pipelines for fecal samples, building scalable workflows, providing scientific input to product roadmaps and leadership, and mentoring junior scientists to create a high-performing lab aligned with company strategy.
