Own recurring deliverables, lead monthly rent roll variance reviews, manage leasing and portfolio databases, review lease transactions, and partner across teams to ensure data accuracy. Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle EPM Cloud to produce polished investor materials and identify reporting process improvements.
