Maintains brand consistency and organized design libraries while collaborating with marketing, sales, industrial design, and product teams. Supports launches, exhibitions, motion graphics, and customer-facing deliverables in a fast-paced startup environment.

Leads regional revenue growth for sustainable materials in interior fit-outs, experiential design, and exhibitions. Builds relationships with designers, fabricators, agencies, and brand teams; identifies and converts project opportunities; drives material specification; manages pipelines and revenue targets; conducts product demonstrations and sustainability sessions; translates creative concepts into buildable solutions; and closes projects while coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Leads Biome’s institutional and enterprise sales strategy, driving revenue growth, market expansion, strategic account development, complex negotiations, and partnership building. The role establishes sales systems, forecasting, KPIs, and teams while collaborating with marketing, product, operations, and manufacturing. It also represents the company at industry events, shapes brand positioning, supports pricing and launches, and translates customer feedback into commercial and product insights.
