Teams at Biome Sustainability Ventures

Leads regional revenue growth for sustainable materials in interior fit-outs, experiential design, exhibitions, and brand activations. Builds relationships with designers, fabricators, agencies, and brand teams; develops pipelines, converts project opportunities, drives material specification, conducts product demonstrations, and closes projects. Requires strong consultative selling, design ecosystem expertise, stakeholder management, and commercial understanding of project-based businesses.

Creates branding, marketing, digital, sales, presentation, packaging, event, and internal communication assets. Develops illustrations, infographics, product renders, mockups, and visual content for sustainability and technical concepts. Maintains brand consistency and organized design libraries while collaborating with marketing, sales, industrial design, and product teams. Supports launches, exhibitions, motion graphics, and customer-facing deliverables in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead R&D for biobased, straw-based composite panels, developing formaldehyde-free binders and optimizing mechanical, thermal, and acoustic performance. Design experiments, testing protocols, and scalable pilot-line processes; manage external laboratory and research partnerships; collaborate with operations and product teams; and build the company’s science team.
