Provide longitudinal, high-touch primary care to members in-person and via telemedicine, synthesize multi-disciplinary diagnostic data into personalized care plans, collaborate with specialists and Medical Director to refine clinical protocols, maintain compliant EMR documentation, and support clinic governance and growth in a startup environment.

Provide longitudinal, personalized care using advanced diagnostics (imaging, genetic and cardio-metabolic testing), synthesize multidisciplinary data into individualized plans, coordinate with specialists, refine clinical protocols with the Medical Director, maintain EMR documentation and regulatory compliance, and deliver high-touch care to members in-clinic and via telemedicine.

Lead end-to-end design, delivery, and optimization of the member diagnostics experience across in-clinic and remote programs. Own workflows for Whole-Body MRI, DEXA, VO2, mobile phlebotomy, and home sleep studies. Coordinate clinicians, engineers, operations, and hardware teams; use qualitative and quantitative feedback to reduce friction and scale year-over-year health protocols.
