Own workflows for Whole-Body MRI, DEXA, VO2, mobile phlebotomy, and home sleep studies. Coordinate clinicians, engineers, operations, and hardware teams; use qualitative and quantitative feedback to reduce friction and scale year-over-year health protocols.

Lead product strategy and execution for the member engagement platform. Own lifecycle vision, lead engineering/design teams, partner with clinical/ops, analyze engagement data, and define requirements for longitudinal tracking to improve retention and member health outcomes.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for executives, engineers, clinicians, and clinical staff in a high-growth healthcare startup. Build sourcing strategies, evaluate technical and behavioral fit, manage offers and onboarding, ensure compliance with employment laws, mentor team members, and optimize recruiting processes to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
