Manage the full sales lifecycle, including outreach, pitching, negotiations, handoff, pipeline forecasting, ROI analysis, and relationship development. Translate clinical and diagnostic platform value into compelling business cases for C-suite, HR, and benefits stakeholders while collaborating with marketing and operations. Occasional travel is required for pitches, conferences, and partner events.

Lead Biograph’s legal function and healthcare compliance program, covering HIPAA, Stark Law, AKS, CPOM, licensing, credentialing, contracts, governance, employment, privacy, security, audits, and risk management. Advise executives and cross-functional teams on regulatory matters, oversee external counsel, develop compliance training and policies, and support expansion across healthcare markets.

Provide longitudinal, high-touch primary care to members in-person and via telemedicine, synthesize multi-disciplinary diagnostic data into personalized care plans, collaborate with specialists and Medical Director to refine clinical protocols, maintain compliant EMR documentation, and support clinic governance and growth in a startup environment.
